Privacy Statement
We agree and undertakes with each other to protect the Confidential Information
of our clients using not less than the standard of care which we treats our own
Confidential Information but in no event less than reasonable care and shall ensure
that the Confidential Information of our clients is stored and handled in such a
way as to prevent unauthorized disclosure.
We shall use our best efforts to limit dissemination of the Confidential Information
to its and its holding or related companies’ employees, consultants, officers, agents
or sub-contractors (collectively called "Personnel") to whom disclosure is necessary
for each of them to perform his duties under the this Agreement.
We shall impose the above obligation of confidentiality on their Personnel. The
foregoing obligations shall not apply, however, to any part of the Confidential
Information which:
- Was already in the public domain or becomes so through no
fault of receiving the Confidential Information;
- Is approved for release by prior written authorization by
our clients disclosing the confidential Information;
- Is independently developed by our clients
- Is required by law to be disclosed.
We shall not disclose or make any announcement to the public or any third party
in relation to the cooperation, relationship, arrangement contemplated herein, or
content of our clients without the prior written consent of the other Party.
